Ginley's Gulch Family Cabin
Located in a lush valley on 85 acres, the large Gulch home has a park-like setting, offers plenty of privacy and hiking opportunities. It is one of the county's few vacation homes that can accommodate 12 guests. This cabin has a long private driveway with a narrow bridge (anyone hauling a boat or camper should check with management before booking).
The main floor features a large living room decorated and created from various types of wood found throughout the property. The floors and structural beams are oak, the bar is cherry, the staircase is poplar, the mantle over the wood burning fireplace is sassafras, and the paneling is walnut and pine. Relax in the living area. Play a game of pool, then two guests can claim the futon to get a good night's rest.
The kitchen adjoins the living room and has the original cedar cabinets; the kitchen connects to the dining room. The main level has a bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom.
Three bedrooms are located upstairs, two bedrooms have queen beds, and the third has two single beds. The upstairs bathroom has double sinks and lots of room.
Located outside the back door is a large relaxing hot tub and charcoal grill. While you play cards on the screened front porch you can watch the kids chasing crawdads and minnows or looking for geodes in the small creek that meanders around the tree-lined yard.
The Gulch is only 3.5 miles from the Village of Nashville and 5.5 miles from Brown County State Park.

This hidden location is near the quaint artsy town of Nashville, IN in the beautiful hills of Southern Indiana. Although the cabin is older, there are some updated features including a large kitchen island, big screen TV (unused in this little paradise), and a large upstairs bathroom. The outside area is nicely groomed and has plenty of room for kids to roam with an added bonus of a creek to play in. We experienced a rock falling from the sky (or from a huge tree located near the fire pit) and the frightening sound of a large animal near the fire pit late at night. It was a great place for my family to get together! ❤️

3-generation family outing. Very enjoyable trip. The cabin was as advertised. The grandkids really enjoyed the big yard for playing baseball catch, creek for exploring and hot tub for relaxing. Enjoyed our outings to Lake Monroe, downtown Nashville and Hard Truth distillery as well.

Location less than 10 minutes to main strip and fairly close to hard truth as well. Beds were soft and looked like they had been there awhile. Couches were comfortable. Kitchen set up was tight for 8 of us at the dining table. Took moving chairs to get people by. The fire pit and hot tub were in good working order. Hot tub was actually hot!
