About this house rental
Enjoy the most amazing Homer sunsets with views of Cook Inlet, Mt. Augustine and Mt. Iliamna from this quiet home with open concept kitchen/dining room/living room and master bedroom. This home is .5 mile off the main highway and set on 2.5 acres with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Master bedroom is upstairs on main level with king bed and attached bathroom with door to the front deck. Also on the main level is a powder room, laundry room, kitchen, dining room and living room. Entrance to the main level has a ramp. Downstairs has a separate door entrance and hosts two bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a full, twin and an ottoman that makes into a twin bed with a memory foam mattress. Both downstairs rooms share a full bathroom with tub. It's a brand new build with all updated appliances, radiant in-floor heat and views from every room. The Homer spit is 13 miles south of our home which means when you come back from your busy daily adventures, the only thing you'll have to worry about is where to sit to enjoy the sunset with the serenity of trees, moose and traveling ships in the inlet.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house - this was our home away from home and I needed a 'home' to complete the experience since we travelled from NC and needed relaxation after all the activities we had planned. I am super picky, I mean super picky and the cleanliness was what should be expected, but rarely accomplished with other rentals. Homeowner was accessible and very helpful. House was stocked well with all I expected, including a fully stocked kitchen - I cook every meal and found all I needed. We have rented quite a few homes and I was more comfortable in this home than any other before. Excellent home 15-20 minutes to the Spit, restaurants, activities, etc. The homeowner provides excellent referrals to plan your trip. She is straight forward in her expectations as to how her home and neighborhood should be treated and understandably so. Well done, 5 stars!
