About this house rental
Discover this 3-story very large and spacious house up on the Homer Hills. Just 10 minutes to the Homer Harbor. It boasts 6-bedrooms with an additional studio apartment for more space with groups of more than 10, a true gem in Homer. If you have 11 or less guests and want to add on the studio you can do so for an additional cost (just inquire about adding on). We are dog friendly, but please be sure to add your pet to your reservation as there is an additional fee to have your dog. Also, the nightly rate is based on up to 11 guests. There is an additional fee, per guest, per night for any additional guests 12 through 16, which provides the use of the studio automatically once these guests are added on (no additional cleaning fee is assessed).
Main Level features an office/bedroom with 1 Twin bed in it and a desk if you'd like to do some work while you are away. An open kitchen with plenty of room and counter space to cook a delicious meal. Also has an additional bakers pantry with an extra stove and kitchen sink for more room to prep and cook. There is a half bath on the main level.
Go up the staircase to the Second Level there are 5 bedrooms: 2 master suites each with its own bathroom and 3 additional bedrooms and a bathroom down the hall with double washer and dryer located in hall bathroom.
Third level boasts a very spacious studio apartment with its own kitchen, large bathroom with additional washer and dryer, vaulted ceilings, seating area and 3 additional beds for more sleeping space and a nice view of the hills from the window!!

We had hoped for a larger group of people, but road conditions and sickness turned our Thanksgiving into 4 people. We had a great time and loved the kitchen. About 20 minutes to the harbor on the spit. We enjoyed the Black Friday bingo shop hop and found some new stores that I had never been to in the summer when it is all about the fishing!

Verify clean. Lot of space, plenty of bedrooms and kitchen space. Nicely set up for fishermen. Nice neighborhood great scenery.

The property needed TLC. The property was clean, bedding was comfortable.Many of the windows were missing screens, so we were unable to open due to the number of mosquitoes outdoors. There were several patches on the interior walls that had not been painted. The water pressure and temperature in the showers would change if any other water wasn’t used within the house. Towels in bathrooms were worn. Kitchen was lacking amenities, for example, a potato peeler. Fans above the stoves did not work. Paint on outside of house was chipping, outside stairwells and balconies were not usable. Check in time on the confirmation email versus what the host had indicated were different, causing confusion when we had cold groceries that needed to be unpacked. She accommodated allowing us to put them in the refrigerator, however, house was still being cleaned upon arrival.Quick to respond to messages.
