Your private enclosed garden with trees lined with deckchairs will also seduce you.
ISLE SUR LA SORGUE, colored with green and water, this city-island set at the foot of the Vaucluse plateau, in the plain of the Venetian county is crossed by several canals fed by the sorgue. The city is famous for its Antique dealers, its Provencal market, its Sunday flea markets. And the multitude of renowned summer festivals: Theater, dance, lyric art, classical music, jazz etc ... The river stretches its two long arms around the city and you will appreciate all its charm while strolling along its canals which weave between the narrow and ancient streets.

The hosts were super helpful and always available. The property is within a pleasant walk along the river into the town, and the apartment has everything you might need, including a swimming pool in the compound.

Propriétaires accueillants et de bons conseils. Appartement spacieux et bien équipé, patio couvert et bien agréable pour manger dehors face à la piscine. Petit jardin privatif et bien entretenu. Nous avons passer 1 semaine très agréable dans une très belle région. Cette location de vacances nous laisse un excellent souvenir; à renouveler et à recommander a des amis

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung (Olivier) über der Vermieterwohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Neben dem bekannten Markt am Sonntag Vormittag in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue ist diese Lokation ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge per Auto oder Fahrrad. Sehr empfehlenswert die Radstrecke auf einer ehem. Bahntrasse von z.Zt. Robion (es fehlen noch ca.5km bis Cavaillon) bis über Apt hinaus. Ausflüge nach Les Beaux de Provence mit der Illumination Show (sehenswert), Beaucaire, sehr schön die Gorges de la Nesque mit Monieux, Roussillon, Gorges, Abbey de Sénanque, Fontaines de Vaucluse und etwas weiter aber wunderschön, Moustier Ste-Marie, Gorges du Verdon and Lac Saint-Croix.

Vive l'amitié !
Wir haben 3 Wochen lang einen wundervollen Ferienaufenthalt in Isle sur la Sorgue bei Madame Leita Grumel und ihrem Ehemann Joel verbracht.
Das Haus ist Dank der zugesandten Wegbeschreibung außerordentlich leicht zu finden.
Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, speziell die Küche, es mangelt an nichts.
Trotz naher Autostraße RD 901 ist vom Lärm nichts zu hören.
Den sehr gepflegten Pool- und Gartenbereich konnten wir ohne weiteres mitbenutzen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig, da man in ca 20 min zu Fuß entlang der Sorgue die Stadtmitte erreichen kann. Parkplatzprobleme gibt es in der Stadt daher keine.
Der Aufenthalt wurde Dank der Gastfreundschaft des Vermieters-Ehepaares zu einem einmaligen Erlebnis.
Vielen Dank für die vielen nützlichen Tipps zur Erkundung der Umgebung der Stadt und der Region.
Eine Wohnung zum Wiederkommen !
