The villa is set in a pretty green area , located opposite the famous Villamartin golf course and sits in a very large plot of approx 1000 M2 , there are only a few houses on the Villamartin golf course with such a large garden !
The accommodation is set over 2 levels, on the main level ( street level) there is entrance door with small terrace, a living area with double height vaulted ceiling with doors leading to a terrace with seating area plus stars leading to roof top solarium, modern kitchen, dining area and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs on the lower ground floor level (pool level) are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one twin / triple with a terrace) all 3 bedrooms have air conditioning, there is also a spacious bathroom on this level.
Outside is a large 9 meter x 5 meter kidney shaped private swimming pool , 4 sunbeds, poolside dining table with sun umbrella, there is also an additional large private garden area with more seating and dining

Villamartin is a well established and popular village set around a superb 18 hole golf course , the course was designed by Mr. Puttman and opened in 1972. It is one of the most established courses in the Valencia's community It hosted the 1994 Mediterranean Open.
The villa is only 5 minutes walk to a large selection of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarket and bank (los Dolses commercial centre)
The famous Villamartin plaza is approx 15 minute walk away (3 minute drive) where there are numerous restaurants and bars, catering particularly for all tastes. For golfers there are 3 superb courses in the area (Villamartin Campoamor and Las Ramblas)
15 minute walk (3 minute drive) to Zenia Boulevard (American style shopping mall) with over 150 shops and lots of restaurants, bars , cafes , bowling alley, amusements and trampoline park , plaza with outside entertainment, gym, casino and much more...
Several superb beaches (La Zenia / Cabo Roig / Campoamor) are less than a 5 minutes drive away.
The bustling town of Torrevieja is approx 10 minute drive.
Local bus service available and also taxi service
A one hour + 10 minutes drive north will take you to Benidorm & the Terra Mitica theme park. La Manga is just 45 minutes drive away

A great place for a relaxing break. The area was well maintained and peaceful. The villa itself is really nice - lots of space for us all and well equipped with plenty of outside shade. We managed without a car but we were happy not to venture too far in the heat.
