Apartmán je šikovně situován v centru města u křižovatky autobusů i tramvají, v docházkové vzdálenosti na vlakové nádraží (nebo 2 zastávky tramvají). Je velmi komfortní, světlý, pohodlný pro krátkodobý i dlouhodobý pobyt.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Alle Aktivitäten waren problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Neben der Unterkunft gab es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung gerne weiter empfehlen.

Obstarožní vybavení. Některé vybavení poškozené a nepoužitelné. Mini mrazák neměl dvířka, digestoř měla rozbité tlačítko ovládání. Parkovací stání v podzemním parkovišti není vůbec uzpůsobené na nyní běžná auta typu SUV či běžná combi. Mini Cooper se tam vejde v pohodě. Asi tak.
