Lokalizacja idealna, choć dojazd sprawia dużo kłopotów. Droga z każdej strony w remoncie. Plusem jest miejsce parkingowe pod domkiem. Przyjemne miejsce do siedzenia na zewnątrz domku. Jest potencjał, ale jeszcze dużo pracy.
Domek nie przygotowany do przejmowania gości. Brak ciepłej wody w kuchni. Łazienka w złym stanie: umywalka malutka, stara, poobijana. Kabina prysznicowa do kapitalnego remontu. Brak telewizora. Brak ścierek i czystej gąbki do naczyń. Czajnik nie działa. Pokazuje 17 stopni i wyłącza się. W szafkach kuchennych prywatne, zużyte sprzęty. Klejące się blaty kuchenne. Bardzo strome schody/drabina na górę. Wszystkie miejsca do spania na górze, a łazienka na dole. Domek nie dla ludzi, którzy muszą skorzystać z wc w nocy.
