Communication before arrival was great, and arranging a check-in time was easy. The room is simple but had everything I needed for a short stay, and the bed was very comfortable. I especially appreciated that the courtyard/window area stayed shaded during the hottest part of the day, making it a nice place to relax and wait for the temperatures to drop before heading back out. The location is excellent—close enough to all the main attractions yet in a quieter area with less foot traffic. I would definitely stay here again.
At times, conversations from the courtyard could be a little loud, but it's a local residential complex and something I would expect when staying in Italy.

It's in a central location. It was clean and the owner was kind. Having a courtyard is an added bonus.
The wifi wasn't working.

Close to the town center.
No parking, this can be a big issue because it is like impossible to find a car parking in Catania
