I had the feeling of a family home. A spacious, chic, very clean, fully equipped wooden cabin and an exceptional host. Small adventures related to the weather ( snow în mai), that made stay more exciting..Wonderfull landscape.

This is a fabulous, cosy lodge on top of the mountains in a small friendly community within the Sequoia National Forest. Dee was a wonderful hot and welcomed us as friends. There's an excellent saloon/bar and restaurant just a few yards from the lodge. It would be hard to find a better location with access to trails and vistas. Despite the recent fires and drought (this is being written in 2022) it is still very much worth a visit - the giant sequoias still stand strong.
