Kern Lodge manager went above and beyond to ensure a very pleasant stay for all of us. We especially enjoyed BBQing and relaxing around the fire pit (thank you for setting it up). The room is very quaint with original knotty pine walls and ceiling; really nice vacation cabin ambiance The air conditioner is a split system and very, very quiet ensuring a good night's sleep. Our unit had 2 bedrooms, which was nice for a family of 4 adults. The property is conveniently located to restaurants and market.

The people managing the property are very kind! I had a small issue with my room but they quickly reallocated me and, by chance, to a larger and better accomodation. Although it was due to the limited availability, they were kind enough to let me use it for my entire stay!
The only thing I could say is that some of the room's appliances and dishes/cups/cutlery were a bit dirty and had to clean them first to use. But I was ok with it due to the quick reallocation process. Otherwise, all beds/bathrooms/kitchen tabletops were fine.
