Whether you are sitting on the balcony having a leisurely breakfast looking at the ever changing colours of the sea, or sipping a glass of wine and viewing a glorious sunset through the leaves of the palm trees, this view can be yours.
There is no need to bring your binoculars! The glorious Caribbean Sea colours can also be viewed whilst lying in either bedroom or whilst sitting with a wide, panoramic view from living area or patio.
There is everything you need in this compact apartment. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is decorated to make you feel that you are truly living in the Caribbean and is set in the beautiful secure surrounds of the gated Delaporte Point Community. The buildings have attractive tile roofs and the grounds are landscaped with tropical and coconut trees, palms and plants.
There are two swimming pools for you to use at any time of day, as well as an extra sunbathing area by the side of the ocean which is part shaded by trees.... from here many residents and visitors take the opportunity to snorkel in the gloriously clear waters.
The complex stands at the western end of famous Cable Beach and has it’s own private beach, a quiet space to relax and put your feet into the beautiful ocean. The area has a quiet and calm feel for lazy days of relaxation.
This older private RESIDENTIAL community is conveniently located near tourist activity, but maintains a local feel. Situated out on its own tip of island, our unit is right at the end with views to shades of blue ocean. Incredible sunsets that you will never get enough! While you will enjoy the comforts of feeling at home, we do ask that you respect our neighbours and enjoying the quiet of this community. Parties and group gatherings are not allowed. Most of the owners live on site and will also respect your enjoyment in return.
The kitchen has just been completed with new cabinets and is ready to be stocked with your favorite foods. It comes fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, tea maker, toaster and service ware for 4.
Off the entry is the 2nd bed and bath. This bedroom has 2 single beds. This room has the advantage of unobstructed seaviews.
All the furniture in the front room has been renewed and creates a homey dining and sitting space. While we don't expect you will be watching much TV - a smart TV is provided.
And of course the Master bedroom and bathroom are off from the living space with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.
The district around the apartments has much to offer. There are the excellent Poop Deck and Blue Sail restaurants just outside the gates where you can dine on the beach if you wish, as well as other more native ones close by.
Not using a car .... no problem, the number 10 ‘Jitney’ minibus will take you into downtown Nassau ....again from just outside the gates.
If you wish to party then there is the famous Baha Mar hotel and casino complex along Cable Beach and which can be seen from Delaporte. Also in the distance can be seen Atlantis on Paradise Island. Along the road to Nassau you will find the famous Arawak Cay Fish Fry.
As you can see, there is so much to do and investigate but also time to relax...... will just one week be enough ?!!!

This trip was our first time to Bahamas. We wanted ocean front and the condo did not disappoint. The balcony was the best. Everyday the water color changed. Always a beautiful tone of blue. The property and the pools were very clean and quiet too. Great vacation stay and the property manager was a great help when needed. Thank you for sharing your space with my family and I.

The apartment we stayed in was very clean and in a great location. Beautiful view. You cannot access the beach from the pool area, but it is a short walk away. Two really good restaurants in walking distance, The Poop Deck and Blue Sail. Neither one open for breakfast though. Bus stop right outside gate if you want to go downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Delaporte doesn't have much beach nor beach access.
