Beautiful Suttons Bay home, 115 ft of private Lake Michigan lakefront, views of Old Mission peninsula
Relax and soak up stunning panoramic views of wide-open water from the deck of this beautiful Suttons Bay home. Located on a quiet private drive, this is a prime location on the Leelanau Peninsula, 14 miles north of Traverse City, close to wineries, shopping, trails, and biking distance to downtown Suttons Bay.
A short drive is all it takes to visit Leelanau, Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes and Mission Peninsula.
5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, sleeps 12 (5 beds + daybed with trundle)
On the second floor, you will find a large master suite with queen bed, sitting area with views of Lake Michigan, master bath including a large shower and huge jacuzzi tub. The second and third bedrooms are separated by a jack and jill bathroom with a large shower overlooking the lake, both with queen beds.
Floor to ceiling windows encompass the main floor living space, fireplace, spacious open kitchen with seating for 11 and walk out to the expansive deck. Laundry and full bath are also located on the main level. Main floor bedroom sleeps 2 adjacent to a full bath.
The lower level has an additional family room with a daybed (plus trundle). A great space for a game of darts, cards and hanging out. Additionally, the bedroom contains a queen bed attached to a full bathroom, and an exercise room containing an elliptical machine, bike and tv.
Amenities include laundry room, 4 full recently upgraded bathrooms, exercise room, kitchen with upgraded pots pans, walk-in pantry, oven and microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, large TVs in both family rooms, wifi, and games for evenings and rainy days. Outside you have access to upgraded deck furniture, a gas grill, paddleboards and floaties for the lake.
One week minimum from June to September.
No pets, No weddings. No boats. The lessee must be 30 years or older. Occupants can be under 30 years old, but lessee must be 30 years old and provide a photo ID. No exceptions, thanks.

This is the perfect beach house for a vacation in northern Michigan! We have a large family and this place accommodated all of us very comfortably. We had a couple small issues and the property manager was so friendly and easy to work with to provide quick fixes. One thing the listing does not describe is how shallow the water is. It is perfect for the kids! Our teens were able to go out pretty far from the dock and still be only waist deep without worry of boat traffic. It was like having our own slice of paradise right in the backyard. We will be booking again next year for sure!!!

This beautiful home exceeded all our expectations. The house was clean, very well stocked and was the perfect size for our family of 11. Courtney was wonderful to work with and the check-in process was extremely easy. Everyone agreed that the pictures on the website did not do justice to the beautiful views from the deck and the dock. This place is as good as it gets.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this lake house! It was close enough to enjoy Traverse City but still have a private personal lake house experience. Day trips included wine tastings at vineyards, golf, charter fishing, private boat rental, sand dunes hikes. The spacious five bedroom home easily accommodated our group of 8 people. Highly recommend this wonderful setting.

This is our second time renting this lovely home. Plenty of space for our family, both for gathering and for privacy. The deck and dock are perfection. Enjoyed the paddleboards and those amazing sunrises! Great distance to restaurants in Suttons Bay and Traverse City. Very peaceful. Thanks! We will be back again.
