For a stay in Tainan, this is a great value for moneys
Some room can be a bit old but not inherently dirty or rundown

The property is good and convenient in all areas like mall and restaurant esp. train station
The room have bad smell when the first time we entered . The bed is not good also because i feel the string below . The bed sheet have blood stain . Were really tired thats why we never say to the staft. We want to rest immediately. In 5 days no room service like cleaning the floor changing tissue or any room service that they can give . Not sound proof . And especially the parking space . They parking but not specifically detailed abour the parking . We have motorcycle but they told me parking is for 4 wheels only . What the sucks! Please be specific about parking . Because we book the hotel because of parking also . Its to hard to communicate because of the language barrier. But all in all the stay is fine .
