Wonderful stay in a beautiful house with excellent hosts

The property is beautiful and set within a quiet residential area approx 10 mins drive from Annecy with good public transport options. Our room was very well maintained and clean. Our hosts were so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options.

The bed was a bit firmer than we are used to but probably just our preference!

Absolutely perfect!

Dani & Bruno were the perfect hosts, never met such accommodating people. They explained all the best places to visit, places go eat, hikes to do and local delicacies. Every recommendation was perfect. The home made jams, fresh bread, croissants and omlette for breakfast were delicious. Thanks to them both for such a memorable trip!!

Best trip & stay ever!

Everything was great but Bruno & Dani’s hospitality was absolutely the best- They made my first ever trip to Annecy one of the best experiences ever. I feel so lucky that I was able to meet such caring and sweet hosts like Bruno & Dani :) If I ever plan on visiting Annecy again, I’ll definitely go back to their place! I highly recommend!

The best hosts, a lovely house in a quiet location about 6 kms outside Annecy

If we could, we would give this B&B more than 10 points. The hosts, Bruno and Daniela were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful. We felt as if we were part of the family within five minutes. The house is very well-designed and extremely clean and at the same time cosy. We stayed in the family room, which is very large and well equipped. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The surprises (only good ones!) were the welcome drink, the use of a kitchen, and the dedicated space in the fridge. Bruno and Daniela were proud of their breakfast - and rightly so. A great choice of cereal, breads, home-made jams, cheese, ham and fruit. Bruno made wonderful fresh scrambled egg for us too. We've already decided to visit again for a longer stay.

We stayed for 3 nights. Everything was just perfect: the room, the beds&pillows , the breakfast, the hospitality. It is a perfect place to enjoy Annecy and the surroundings using good recommendations of dear Daniela and Bruno, the owners. Thank you guys !

Good location. The view is good. You could see lake Annecy from dining. Very good breakfast. Friendly owner. Impression that COVID-19 measures are solid. There is carrefour near (1km from) this B&B.

Magnifique séjour sur les hauteurs du lac d'Annecy

Nous avons hautement apprécié l'accueil chaleureux, toutes les attentions et les nombreux conseils de Bruno et Dani. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable en leur compagnie sur les hauteurs du lac d'Annecy. Nous conseillons sans hésitations "les yeux fermés" !

Super-vriendelijke hosts! Lekkere omelet!

Super-vriendelijke mensen! Dani en Bruno hebben echt aandacht voor hun gasten en bieden heel wat ondersteuning en geven hele goede tips. Ze zijn heel begaan en staan altijd paraat. De specialité de la maison is echt overheerlijk en met liefde gemaakt! Ook hele lekkere zelfgemaakte Confituur bij het ontbijt die je kan aankopen om mee naar huis te nemen. Hele mooie bloemen ook buiten aan de chalet en er lag zelfs een bloemetje op het hoofdkussen. De ontvangst de eerste dag was ook super: glaasje fris als welkom en persoonlijke uitleg van Bruno. Top!

We zijn 6 nachten gebleven en het ontbijt was wel iedere keer hetzelfde. Misschien beetje meer variatie. In de badkamer hing in het begin een luchtje omdat de ventilator de sifons leegtrok. Hebben we verholpen door iedere dag wat water in de bidet te laten lopen.

Petit déjeuner très copieux et toujours servi avec le sourire. Avec une vue incroyable sur le lac ! Disponibilité et gentillesse des hôtes. Plus que la norme ( Bruno m'a aidé à vider toute ma voiture par exemple) La possibilité de manger dans la pièce commune si on le souhaite et d'utiliser la cuisine.

Les matelas sont un peu fermes (pour moi )j'avais emmené mon sur-matelas mais Bruno me l'avait précisé et il m 'a très gentiment aidé à le monter et installer ! D'une serviabilité exemplaire! Ne prenez pas la petite chambre pour deux personnes si vous êtes très grand car il y a une sous-pente

Ottima posizione, in zona tranquillissima vicina ad Annecy, al lago e alle splendide montagne. Ottima colazione con prodotti freschi, la camera spaziosa e super silenziosa, Bruno e Daniel sempre disponibili per ogni esigenza. Super consigliato

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen voller Herzlichkeit!

Dani und Bruno sind die herzlichsten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann. Man kommt in ein Haus voller Freundlichkeit und Wärme. Sie geben tolle Tips für Ausflüge und bereiten ein wunderbares Frühstück mit selbstgemachten und regionalen Lebensmitteln zu. Es ist alles sehr persönlich und an alles ist gedacht. Die Zimmer und das ganze Haus sind außerordentlich gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt einen Parkplatz und Fahrradständer. Mit dem Rad ist man in 5 Min am See bzw. am Radweg, der um den ganzen See führt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Zeer gastvrij ontvangen door Bruno en Daniela. Goede tips en aanbevelingen over activiteiten, bezienswaardigheden en restaurants gekregen van Bruno en Dani. Zij begrijpen “hospitality”! Ontbijt is top, met elke dag scrumbeld eggs door Bruno gemaakt met een persoonlijke touch van spekjes en kruiden. Jam gemaakt door Dani, heerlijk. De accommodatie ligt zeer centraal met uitzicht op het meer en je kunt er lopend naar toe. Ook snel in de bergen waar veel te zien en te doen is.

Innanzitutto l’accoglienza familiare e super gentile dei proprietari Daniela e Bruno; due persone davvero squisite. La colazione ottima con prodotti freschi e anche di loro produzione, apprezzatissime le uova strapazzate con formaggio e prosciutto. Una vera gentilezza il fiore e un cioccolatino lasciato sul cuscino al nostro arrivo

De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn supervriendelijke mensen. Ze hebben zeer goede tips gegeven om de omgeving te verkennen. De B&B is heel mooi, gezellig ingericht en heel netjes. Ontbijt was super. Echt een aanrader op alle vlakken.
