Great energy, restful and very silent place with the most beautiful view I’ve seen!

The view was excellent, the place was quiet and away from the city. Just right for some calm vacations. The city is of course pretty close by car for whoever is interested. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful. The facilities included anything that I needed.

The only slight downside was that the water in the bath was kinda hard to set to the desired temperature. It jumped between hot and cold pretty easily. I got it of course, but it required some effort. I think the trick was not to have it at near-maximum flow.

Nicos is a true gentleman, great chat, helped me to access the studio at the latest of hours with minimum hassle. The views of the terrace is amazing, the studio itself has everything you need.

Everything was good, just as mentioned in the Ad you should not be too tall of a person. I am quite tall and I did not mind the lowered ceiling at all.

Drive up from Saronida is very demanding - steep, narrow, lots of sharp turns, many options to take a wrong turn, some poor surface. Entering Viva B&B in Google Maps got us to the right place although this was not obvious immediately as there are no signs outside of the property - you have to wonder why not. Parking is on the unmade side of the road at the front of or just past the property. Then a lot of stairs to cart luggage up - there is an exterior lift but we were not offered the use of it. There are just 3 rooms, all different and the only one available when we booked was the ground floor one which seemed like a garage conversion (not that you could have ever gotten a car to that level!). Biggest issues were a ceiling height of less than 190cm, I am 184cm, and the built-in, glass brick walled bathroom with minimal lighting and no venting. The house internet did not work but a plug-in satellite box was quickly provided. The tea/coffee/milk offerings were substandard and only partially rectified on request, and I am never very positive when only one toilet roll is provided for a stay longer than a single night!
