About this house rental
Beautiful renovated 165m² house located in Saint cast le guildo and about 1000m from the large beach and the Fresnaye beach on the emerald coast
This house is fully equipped as a main residence of great comfort. Your family will be able to take full advantage of the large, sunny and enclosed plot to play or relax on the large terrace or in the heated swimming pool (above ground wooden swimming pool (8X4.5m), secure, with beach and submerged staircase which will be new and ready for the season).
The house is located in a quiet dead end and very little frequented about 1000m from the large beach and the Fresnaye beach, close to shops on foot or by bike.
Outdoor equipment:
heated swimming pool, sunbathing, hammock, garden furniture, outdoor table for 12 guests, children's games and playground, shuffleboard and shuffleboard, boules, Weber barbecue.
Home equipment:
You can have a large living room that can accommodate 12 people seated in the living room and in the dining room.
The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, American fridge with freezer, electric oven, classic coffee maker and senseo, dishwasher, food processor) with a table that seats 5.
The whole house is equipped with heating / air conditioning with temperature adjustable by rooms.
On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) with the possibility of adding a folding bed. Ground floor bathroom with double sink, bath and shower.
We will provide you with access to a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms with sea view with storage (chest of drawers and wardrobe):
- a master bedroom with 180x200 bed
- a child's bedroom with single bed and double bed (140x200) and some games for children
- a bedroom with double bed (160x200), 2 bunk beds and a drawer bed.
