About this villa rental
Brand new villa from 6 up to a maximum of 12 beds with air conditioning and WIFI, on 3 floors in S. Maria al Bagno Mondonuovo area about 10 minutes walk from the beach. Composition: on the ground floor large kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 40 '' TV, fridge with freezer, extendable table. On the same floor there is a sofa bed + 1 orange bathroom with shower + 1 double room and washing machine. On the first floor 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a double bedroom + blue bathroom with shower + balcony. All rooms are bright and equipped with air conditioners, the villa has a private entrance and parking space. The villa also has a planted garden with barbecue, tiled perimeter area with porch, ideal for outdoor dining, roller blind and outdoor shower.
The villa is equipped with an autoclave and a 200 lt solar thermal system for heating sanitary water, sufficient for about 4-5 contemporary showers.
The Mondonuovo area is an area of Santa Maria al Bagno alta, which is why it is fresher, quieter and quieter. At the same time it is close to the center and the seafront leading to Santa Caterina.
The area is connected to the various evening and daytime tourist destinations through private shuttle buses, very available for different needs. Chiffi bus connects the center of Santa Maria al Bagno with the main destinations.

Questa villetta è ideale per chi ama fare una vacanza in serenità, si trova nei pressi di una piccola cittadina "Santa Maria al Bagno" che è molto affascinante, ed è situtata in una posizione "strategica" perchè si possono raggiungere molto facilmente molti altri posti meravigliosi come Gallipoli. Il mare è molto vicino alla villetta, con molte spiaggie e questo è molto comodo. La villetta di per se è ricca di comfort, molto spaziosa e accogliente. Il professionista immobiliare è stato a nostra disposizione durante tutta la vacanza. Un posto in cui ci piacerebbe tornare molto volemntieri!
