The house was large, bright and airy, and well equipped. We very much enjoyed our stay there, and the town of Santa Maria al Bagno was very charming and enjoyable with plenty of restaurants and a handful of small supermarkets. The sandy beach was small and crowded so we avoided it, and chose a rocky beach further away.
I would only say that the description of the house as being just a few metres from the sea was not quite accurate, it was a good 10-15 minute hilly walk, which we managed well, but others might not.
Apart from that I would highly recommend the house and area for a family holiday.

Four comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms, with lovely living areas, nicely appointed. Country style kitchen ready for cooking and eating in. Lush gardens and terraces. Laundry facilities as well. Within driving distances of multiple beaches and restaurants. Pleasant and responsive hosts.

Ho soggiornato ad agosto con mia moglie ed altri 5 amici. La casa rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione, ogni camera ha il proprio bagno e l'aria condizionata, gli spazi interni sono molto ampi e ben curati. Gli spazi esterni sono anche meglio, abbiamo vissuto praticamente nella grande veranda che affaccia sul mare e su Santa Maria al bagno, era piacevolissimo cenare all'aperto e rilassarsi sull'amaca. La casa è in posizione strategica, vicina al centro, ai principali servizi e a 2 spiagge splendide come Lido Conchiglie e Porto Selvaggio. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili, tengono la villa in condizioni perfette. Ve la consiglio assolutamente.
