La Preziosa Apartment Duomo

Pis impecable, molt equipat i molt net. Està al costat del metro Duomo i davant té un supermercat. 4a planta amb ascensor. De nit no hi ha cap soroll, es dorm molt bé.

El llit de matrimoni grinyola una mica i està una mica dur pel meu gust.

Great location. Spotlessly clean. Very well stocked with everything you’d need & everything thought of. Lots of nice touches like leaving water, snacks, milk & breakfast things for us. Friendly, helpful communication from the host too & easy check in & out.

The location was great. The apartment was well equipped. Maria was easily reachable and extremely friendly. Access to the unit is well documented and accompanied with a video clip showing how to get inside. Well supplied incl tooth brushes.

The bed was awfully hard. We had checked, it was a mattress, not a box spring. We managed to soften the mattress by using all surplus blankets for 4 beds. We requested fragrancesfree environment but the unit was perfumated with 5 diffuser making us sick till we removed them all. And still fragrance lingerte. We washed the bedding and the washing machine was unbalanced. Cleaned the awful messy lint trap of the dryer but the dryer was already damaged from missing doing so and made awful noises. The cleanliness of the apartment however was worse and under par. Long hair everywhere. Watermarks in kitchen and appliances.

1. It was clean 2. Close to the Old Historical Center and Bay 3. Snacks and coffee(not a breakfast- misleading advert)

1. The area not nice, the other part/down south of the city is much nicer 2. Uncomfortable matrices: the big one had as a piece of wood, the two small ones so soft that they have “whole” is the middle part form being used. 3. I would not give it a star if it was a hotel. Not a 4 star as the advert says. 4. Loots of plastic flowers, over powering decor for a b&b
