Chalet Croq'Neige

Very new and clean, and loved the outdoor hot tub and sauna! Also how close to the gondola to get to Avoriaz

The wifi didn’t work the entire time and also could not get a signal so the only way to text or get online for anything was to walk 50meters to the main hotel, but only during their open hours 0800-2000. This made it annoying to make reservations or book ski passes etc. They attempted to fix with a hot spot booster but no luck. Also had to walk on the main/active street to get to hotel and to the hot tub/sauna.

The apartment was new and very comfortable

We didn't find the lady who runs the place very friendly or helpful. We had to ask for shampoo that was not provided and when we asked if we could have fresh towels on day 3 we were told there was an extra fee for that which seemed strange as it said nothing about this in the booking. We agreed to pay for the additional towels but nothing was delivered. We also asked for additional toilet roll as we were running out and we were informed that this was also not included so we had to get a bus into Morzine to go buy some from the Spar. It was a lovely place and location but at the end it felt like a Ryan Air experience.
