Wonderful stay and a great host! Would definitely recommend. Just a bit farther from the city center

The room was very comfortable and cozy, with everything we needed. We stayed as a group of three and it was perfect for us. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating, I would highly recommend staying here!

The only thing worth mentioning is the sound of the train passing and the location, which is a bit farther from the center. There is a bus stop nearby, but the bus schedule is somewhat limited.

Great apartment - very helpful welcome. Clean and tidy with a useful balcony. Really great if you have a car, but close to public transport links.

A little noisey at night due to the trains, but not really a problem as we were so tired due to very busy days seeing the wonderful sights of Verona.

Quite a bad experience

I really enjoyed the fact that you could park inside of the building garden, which is behind a steel gate. Also the fact that there is a terrace. Also there is a stove and a washing machine, so you could wash your clothes. Alessandra did everything to help us, she was really nice.

I did not like the fact that in the apartment it is very cold, from what I understand the heating cannot be started until the 15th of October, probably country rules, there is a aerotherm but as soon as you stop it, it starts getting cold again. Also it is quite far from the center, so you will need some transportation to get to the center. Also the apartment is near a railway (about 10m from it) and the train passes every half an hour making sleeping very difficult. The shower got clogged in the our first night and the water got into the bedroom and my girlfriend could not shower after me. The shower courtain was quite dirty and it smelled bad. Alessandra came in the second day of our stay and fixed the shower, left us some treats and offered another free night, but we already booked another apartment.

Della struttura mi è piaciuta la pulizia, la posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro e la tranquillità della zona. Camera accogliente e ben organizzata. La fermata dell’autobus è vicina alla casa, vi consiglio molto il soggiorno in questa casa. Ci siamo trovati molto bene!

Eccellente

Alloggio pulito ed accogliente con tutti i servizi domestici funzionali e pronti all uso. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla in alloggi residenziali immersi nel verde ben curato. Ringrazio per la grande disponibilità e gentilezza il proprietario Marcello e soprattutto l Host Alessandra. L alloggio si trova a due passi dai mezzi che poi ti porteranno al centro di Verona in pochi minuti quindi ben collegato. Consiglio perciò vivamente Casa San Massimo. Ciao Alessandra

Für Städtereise und Anreise mit PKW sehr gut geeignet.

Gute Lage, 5 min. von Bushaltestelle und 15 min. mit Bus zur Arena. Großer Supermarkt (Rosetto) fußläufig erreichbar. Wohnung gut ausgestattet, bis auf Spülmaschine fast alles da (war aber ja vorher bekannt). Zur Wohnanlage gehöriger abgeschlossener Parkplatz vorhanden. Tipp: Museo Nicolis mit toller Auto-, Motorrad und Fahrradsammlung!

Schöner Balkon, aber nur ca. 20m von Eisenbahnbrücke (auch Güterzüge) und vielbefahrener Straße mit entsprechender Unterführung entfernt - um den Balkon zu nutzen, darf man nicht lärmempfindlich sein. Oropax empfehlenswert.
