Loved the location ideal for us to explore Whitby once again, the apartment was clean and tidy and we loved you could fully open the glass doors in the kitchenette

There was plenty room in the apartment,a good size for 4 people...Being on the 3rd floor is a bit of a treck but not too bad...bonus is the bifolding doors and the view.
I thought the pin i was sent was for the door code,but that was sent after i had to call them..bit of a delay
getting in...plus the key holder wouldnt lock as i left....i do think check in is late 4 pm wen u have luggage...and check out is 10 am

Well equiped nrw kitchen
The bed was the most uncomfertable i have ever tried to sleep on . Cheap pillows . Very low bed . The stairs leading upto the apartment are dirty , narrow, steep. No where to sit and chill.
Thete is plaster falling from the kitchen in one atea .
I would also day not as clean as it should be.
