It was a really positive experience. All the staff worked towards providing us with the best experience possible. I only managed to catch Hiba's name, who was really kind, just as the others, including the porter, ones at the reception, some animators we met, etc. Regarding the food, it was nice and tasty, including breakfast, lunch and dinner (we expected much less reading the reviews beforehand) and the snack was also good enough. (During different meals they also had noodle-, pizza-, fruit juice- and ice cream- stations.) The rooms we received were spacious, came with a terrace and were cleaned carefully on a daily basis. So overall, we believe that this hotel is great value for money.

There were almost nothing negative, except for the buildings further away from the main property are still under construction, but you would only see them if you traveled between the facilities with a golf cart.

Cela fait 2 fois que je dors dans cet hôtel et cette année ils ont construient une piscine et c'était juste parfait ! le calme de cet hôtel est incomparable !! le personnel est super accueillant et au petit soin ! c'est un petit paradis dans la palmeraie ou l'on peut passer des vacances pour recharger les batteries ! j'aurais aimé que la carte du restaurant change en 2 ans au moins un ou deux plats en plus pour changer et si possible ajouter d' autres chansons à la play liste qui tourne en boucle toutes la journée... sinon je reviendrais avec grand plaisir merci à tous le personnel de l'hôtel pour leur accueil. The hotel itself isn’t bad and has some good aspects. I liked the rooms; they were comfortable and one of the better parts of the stay. I also enjoyed the bar, which was open from morning until night and offered snacks and pastries throughout the day. That was a nice touch and added some convenience to the stay.

Unfortunately, the service, especially in the restaurant, really affected our experience. The food was disappointing, with limited options, and when certain dishes ran out, they often weren’t replaced or cooked again. A large part of the buffet consisted of sauces and basic ingredients rather than actual prepared dishes, and much of the food was bland or barely seasoned. The drinks were also very disappointing and did not taste good. The restaurant staff were not very welcoming or helpful. In particular, the restaurant manager was unpleasant and made the dining experience worse. (I’m not sure which one, but there was Brahim, who was very nice and respectful, and another one, which I forgot to catch his name, I think he had a wig or hair implant, who was very rude and disrespectful) Another issue was the pool area. Many guests would reserve loungers or take up space by the pool for the entire day without actually being there, leaving very little room for people who genuinely wanted to use the pool. The entertainment team was also somewhat boring and didn’t add much to the overall experience. Overall, the hotel has some positive qualities, particularly the comfortable rooms and the bar’s availability of snacks and pastries. However, the poor restaurant service, limited and disappointing food, awful drinks, overcrowded pool area, and lack of engaging activities or entertainment negatively affected our stay. I especially wouldn’t recommend this hotel to people who are planning to spend most of their time there, relax, and have fun without leaving the property, as there simply isn’t enough to do and the overall experience becomes quite boring. Personally, I wouldn’t stay here again.
