Very well kept and clean. Good location. Pleasant and friendly host. Well cooked English breakfast

Having no window in the bathroom I think was main cause for a damp smell!

The breakfast was amazing! We stayed in the family room, and it was perfectly comfortable for 2 people and a child. We had a sea view, which was beautiful.
The guesthouse is on the main road, and it was quite noisy in the evening, with the traffic and general people noise, however it seemed to quite down well before 11pm so not really a problem.
