If you’re looking for a vacation experience straight out of the Old West, the Rancho Deluxe Lodge is your destination! This spacious 5,100 sq. ft. home is designed for unforgettable gatherings, laughter, and fun with friends and family. Whether you're lounging at the large dining table, testing your poker face in your private "saloon," playing pool, or grilling burgers while playing horseshoes outside, memories will be made here!
Location:
Nestled in the heart of Montana’s natural beauty, the Rancho Deluxe Lodge offers access to some of the best scenery in the region. Just a 10-minute drive to Chico Hot Springs, a 1/4 mile from the Yellowstone River, and only 35 minutes from the North Entrance of Yellowstone National Park, you’ll be surrounded by towering views of the Absaroka-Beartooth and Gallatin Mountain ranges. Wake up to crisp mountain air, wildlife, and endless outdoor adventures.
The property spans 20+ acres, including a horse barn, seasonal stream, and 2 RV hookups (additional fee). Plus, the charming towns of Livingston and Bozeman are within easy driving distance.
The House:
Main Level-
The main level of the Rancho Deluxe Lodge offers comfort, space, and beautiful views from every window. Here you'll find:
Master Suite: Featuring a California King bed, sitting area, private bathroom, and your own outdoor deck with mountain views.
Two Guest Bedrooms: Each with a queen bed, a closet, and a vintage TV/VCR combo with a legendary VHS movie collection. These rooms share a full bathroom.
Kitchen: Spacious and fully stocked with everything you need for preparing large meals. It features a breakfast nook and island seating, perfect for gathering.
Living Room: Cozy up around the gas fireplace, watch the big game or your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV, and enjoy the natural light flooding the room.
Mini Split A/C: In the upstairs family room area to keep things cool on warmer days.
Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer, plus extra storage and a 3/4 bath for added convenience.
Lower Level (For All the Fun):
Head downstairs for hours of entertainment:
Game Room: Enjoy ping pong, a big screen TV, and a comfy, wrap-around couch.
Fitness Area: Keep up with your workouts on the treadmill and weights.
Bedroom: A large open space with two queen beds and two sets of full-size bunk beds (with full on bottom, twin on top)—perfect for kids and friends who love sharing space.
Western "Saloon": The highlight of the home! A Cantina-style wet bar, full poker and blackjack tables, a pool table, and vintage Western decor will transport you to another time. Cowboy hats and poker chips included!
Outdoor Space:
With 20+ acres of land, there’s plenty of space to roam, relax, and enjoy the outdoors. Whether you're grilling burgers, playing horseshoes, or just soaking in the views, this property has it all.
RV Hookups: We have two hookups for RVs (additional fee), with water and electric provided. Please note, no solid waste dump is available. RVs must be pre-approved, and the maximum number of guests still applies, including those staying in RVs.

Garbage: Garbage service is not available, but a map of nearby disposal locations will be provided.
Vehicle Requirements: A vehicle is necessary to explore the area. We recommend a 4-wheel drive for best access, especially in winter or during inclement weather.
Maximum Guest Limit: We want everyone to enjoy their stay, so please respect our maximum guest limit, even with RVs added. Contact us for details on hosting an event for an extra event fee and contract.

We stayed with a group of 12- 6 kids/teens and 6 adults. The house was perfect for all ages. We woke each morning to white horses grazing in the pasture and beautiful mountains out every window. The house was one of the best stocked VRBO properties we have stayed at. The saloon gaming tables, pool table, and ping pong were a hit with everyone. We had plenty of space to play inside and out. The kids fished in the small creek that runs thru the property and petted the horses with the owners, Wayne’s consent. The location was perfect for us to venture into the park but also get away from the busyness and crowds. Only down sides were the mattresses in the two upstairs small bedrooms- they need replaced, the rest of the house had great mattresses. I would also suggest better outdoor seating. Aside from two picnic tables in the yard there wasn’t anywhere to sit and casually enjoy the scenery as a group. Otherwise we were a very happy group of 12! It’s hard to meets the needs of a group with ages ranging from 6 to 72, but Ranchero Deluxe delivered! The pictures don’t do it justice, this is the place to stay!

Rancho Deluxe Lodge is a beautiful spacious home surrounded by wide open views of mountains,fields and flowing waters, a great home base to venture off from for the day into Yellowstone National Park or explore nearby activities such as fly fishing, taking a relaxing boat tour on the Yellowstone River, and visiting the local towns of Emigrant and Livingston.
