ABOUT THE AREA: Buffalo Ranch, private gated community 25 miles from YNP and 25 miles to Livingston. Blocks away from a world class resort, with privacy, solitude and uninterrupted views of the Absaroka Mountains and the towering Emigrant and Chico Peaks. The private, gated community provides privacy and security. Naturally, great respect needs to be given to speed limits (kids and dogs free range) and courtesy at the private pond and trails. No large or loud parties, open flames and quiet times after 10pm are observed for all residents. Amenities in Buffalo Ranch are limited to paying guests and owners only.

LIVING SPACES: Great room with open floor plan to the cook's kitchen and dining area. Large stone fireplace for crackling fires and cool evenings. A private office with desk, printer and extra monitor are just off the living area.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: Three master suites with private attached baths, king beds in each with televisions in each room. A large bunk room with sleeping for an additional 4 in the walkout bright basement level and an additional full bathroom with walk in shower.

BONUS AREAS & AMENITIES: Outdoor patios with million dollar views, a fire-pit and seating and outdoor dining area will quickly become your new happy place.
The private neighborhood has its own trail system for evening and morning walks and a large private stocked trout pond for fishing or bird watching.
You have access to the double car garage and extra refrigerator for your groups food and beverages.

Yellowstone National Park is naturally the main attraction in the area. You are an easy (and gorgeous) 30 minute drive to Gardiner, the north Entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Emigrant Peak Lodge is an ideal basecamp for day-tripping into the Park or taking hikes in Paradise Valley.

Emigrant is the small "town" closest to the Lodge. There you will find a few restaurants, a live music Venue (The Old Saloon), bakery and BBQ, a bank, post office and surprisingly well stocked Emigrant General Store and Gas Station.

The nearest Airport is Bozeman Yellowstone International, approximately 1 hour from the home

There is a lock box with key on the breezeway to the house. This key opens the garage door, front door, and the breezeway door. You have access to the entire home, garage and the amenities of the private Buffalo Ranch gated community. Those amenities include the private pond with trout, the pavilion picnic areas, and walking and biking trails.

There is a key box for self check in.

You need a vehicle to get around the area. We recommend 4wd year round, but the neighborhood itself is lovely with paved roads.

Please respect the neighbors who are mostly full time residents. Sound carries and we ask you not be loud in the evenings, obey all posted house and neighborhood rules. Please be respectful so all can enjoy the home!
