This beachfront 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo features panoramic views of the emerald waters & sugar white sands of Panama City Beach. Situated on the west end of the Windward building on the 6th floor this condo has unobstructed views all the way down the beach and past the pier. You'll enjoy exclusive access to the Leeward-Windward pool as well as to all the amenities of the Club at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort next door. Rentals in the Windward building are highly sought after because it is closer to the water than most condos-a shorter walk to get to the sand and surf! Sea Forever comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests in a king-sized bed, three queen-sized beds, a large sofa sectional in the living room, and two twin sized sofa sleeper ottomans in the living room. Need more space? Ask us about our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the same building right next door! Perfect for family reunions, weddings and small gatherings of all kinds.

The beachfront open floor plan great room features a large sectional sofa with two twin sleeper sofa ottomans. There's a huge TV with free Roku Streaming in HD included. Be sure to bring your devices so you can surf by the surf with free WiFi by FireDog that's included with your rental. The dining table has six chairs and additional seating at the bar. It's a great place for enjoying your meals or playing cards or board games with the whole group! This property has a drip coffee maker so, please bring regular coffee filters and ground coffee so you'll be ready to start the morning off right! The kitchen looks out over the great room to the ocean so, you have a great beach view even while you are on kitchen duty! Modern appliances, dishes, pots and pans, flatware, glassware, etc. are all included with your rental. So, you can cook in if your don't feel like going out to one of the amazing restaurants that are near by.
The Sandy Dunes Main Suite is a gulf view king bedroom with a private bathroom. Relax in comfort with high thread count linens, fluffy pillows and big thirsty towels. There's a wall mounted TV with Roku provided, too. You'll love this private hideaway, it's so relaxing to fall asleep to the sound of the waves just outside your window. The sliding door opens right on to the beachfront balcony, too.
The Coastal Cottage second bedroom has two queen sized beds with luxury linens and fluffy pillows for a good night's sleep. The tropical décor really sets the mood for a great beach vacation! The flat screen TV with Roku is great for relaxing, too. This room has a private entrance to the adjacent full bathroom so there's plenty of privacy here. The window opens onto the hallway outside and there is a large closet for storage. The private second bathroom is beautifully decorated and has a tub/shower combo with it's own private single vanity area and hair dryer.
The Beachy View third bedroom suite has a queen sized bed with luxury linens and fluffy pillows for a good night's sleep. This third bedroom features a large desk area with a flat screen TV with Roku and is a great place to work while on vacation. This room has a bathroom adjacent to it which makes getting ready for a night out on the town a breeze. The third bathroom is perfect for anyone sleeping on the sofa as well.

The beachfront Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs. There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too. There are plenty of pool lounges for relaxing by the pool. For an additional charge, you can rent a Select Pool Lounge Set or a poolside Cabana with all the luxury amenities. The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool for Leeward/Windward Guests Exclusively.

The views were spectacular! We enjoyed our stay at this property . Overall I recommend it. We did find the floors dirty , the fire alarm battery needed a change as it kept beeping, 2 light bulbs needed change ( would not work). Otherwise such a perfect place for a perfect beach holiday! Thank you !

We had a family of 6 stay here for 4 nights. The location was absolutely perfect. It was in the middle of everything. The Pier, St Andrews park, wonderworks, ripleys, walmart and of course all the restaurants. We have stayed in plenty of condos previously this was perfect. Stocked well in the kitchen with items you need. (Make sure to bring everything but cooking utensils) Cooking while seeing the beach and ocean! Balcony was amazing with numerous chairs. hearing the waves from.the bedrooms at night (with the doors shut) was great!!
Check out was easy. All the pictures are exactly the way it is in person.
We do not have any complaints and will most definitely be staying again.
Communication with the property was superb.
Only thing i can add is clean under the beds. When i looked prior to us leaving i noticed a few things that were not ours.

The views are beautiful. Edgewater community has incredible amenities. This particular property desperately needs updates. The kitchen and counters in the bath have been redone and they are stunning. But there are lots things that need renovations. The outdoor space paint is peeling off everywhere. The baseboards and walls are dinted, dinged, and haven't been updated since probably the 90s. The master bathtub has a weird mirror in the shower and the paint from the tub is flecking off. The laundry door doesn't close so it sticks awkwardly into the hallway making it difficult to get to the bathroom. There are lots of little things like taped curtain rods and mold or grime (not sure which) in crevices everywhere. ALSO...and this was a big deal, the place is not outfitted as the pictures show. There are no rugs anywhere. The leather off of the ottomans is badly torn to shreds and falls off into the floor whenever you move it. It's just...old. The views are beautiful, but the windows off the kitchen are either so dirty that they have a film on them or they are fogged up, restricting you from seeing the beautiful coast from inside. I will say that there are plenty of toiletries and supplies, which I was grateful for. The kitchen was very nicely stocked, making cooking easy, and the unit as a whole is very spacious. The building is the last of the property, so just know that it's a walk to get to the lagoon pool or the store. Finally, I will say that the host was very responsive.
