Ocean Place 7 Shore to Please

The bathroom renovations are awesome! We love this unit because of the wonderful location and view from the balcony. We come year after year. The only suggestion we have is to update the pots/pans/ knives in the kitchen- we actually cook when we come. Thanks again for a wonderful place to enjoy!

Unit was clean and tastefully decorated. Rooms were nice size. Living room furniture was comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed; plenty of dishes, cups, glasses, cookware and utensils. Appreciated having the Keurig coffee maker, dishwashing supplies, paper towels, and extra garbage bags. Beds were comfortable. Balcony furniture was nice and enjoyed the view very much.

Mock's always does a fantastic job of welcoming guests and wrapping up the trip, with great instructions, easy in and out, and the special touch of having soft jazz music playing at the time of arrival. The garbage disposal wasn't working, but it was promptly and professionally replaced. "Shore to Please" is a lovely and pleasant unit. It is clean and well decorated, and the view from the patio is beautiful despite the lower level (2nd floor.) A few things disappointed us, compared with other rentals we have experienced at Ocean Place. The most disappointing aspect was the lack of a patio table and chairs; apparently new furniture had been ordered but had not yet arrived. It was an inconvenience for the length of our stay. Also, while the bathrooms were functional and clean, they could have used some updating. Same with the kitchen, which was serviceable but nothing special. As coffee lovers, it would have been nice to have a traditional coffee pot rather than (or in addition to) the Keurig and french press. Finally, we have been recently spoiled by having access to the owner outdoor closet, thus being able to use beach chairs, etc, and this unit did not afford that luxury. All in all a pleasant stay, and a few tweaks would make it outstanding!

The location is perfect! We have been coming here for several years, but the kitchen dishes/knives/pots and pans are worn. The master bathroom has molded grout in the shower and rust on the shower door, shower head and the metal soap dish stand that is in the shower. The bathrooms need to be updated. The condo is advertised to accommodate 4 people, but there are only 2 patio chairs and no longer a table to use for outdoor dining.
