About this house rental
This beautiful and tastefully updated home in the Villages makes for a wonderful getaway. It has 2B/2B with a fenced in backyard and enclosed lanai. It is a short walk from our house to Spanish Springs Town Square, and numerous restaurants and stores. The villages has so many wonderful amenities and fun activities that are convenient to this location. Lake Sumter Square is a short distance away and is easily accessible by car or golf cart. Golf carts are a popular means of transportation at the Villages and can easily be rented and even delivered from several nearby stores.
The home has all new furnishings and includes everything you will need to feel at home. This is a ranch-style house with no stairs to enter the home or any of the rooms.
The master bedroom has a large bathroom and walk-in closet and a wall-mounted flat screen television. You can step outside from the master bedroom through your private entrance onto the enclosed lanai. The screened lanai is welcoming and is equipped with chairs and everything you need to relax. The lanai is also accessible from the living room through a separate set of French doors. The second bedroom has ample closet space and a full-size bed. The dining room, which is just off of the living room has a beautiful large dining room table. There is a sliding glass door off of the dining room that also opens to the patio area within the fenced backyard. The backyard offers privacy as it is fully enclosed within the fence. There is also a walkway to a new cozy built-in fire pit. This house is close to all amenities that the Villages has to offer. Our favorite thing to do is to walk to the Spanish Springs Town Square and participate in some of the many activities that The Villages provides.

This house had everything that we needed. Location was close to entertainment. Short drive to food that was great. We did not need to contact the host as everything was fine. We tried to leave house as clean as when we arrived.
