About this villa rental
The Villa Cabana is located in the popular south west of Cape Coral in a quiet side street.
The Villa Cabana was completed in February 2020. Modern European design, well equipped, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, free WIFI, vacation for high demands.
Separate guest suite with private bathroom.
Large boat deck - boat can be moored. Direct golf access without locks and bridges.
The Villa The Cabana has a spacious pool area with sun loungers for relaxing, garden furniture and a wonderful, covered area with table and chairs for eight people for evening dining. The pool is solar and electrically heated and can be illuminated at night, so that nothing stands in the way of a fascinating nighttime swimming experience! The Cabana Pool is also a biopool! Using a complex technology, a computer controls the amount of chlorine required precisely and precisely as required. This is obtained from normal table salt! So we can do without inappropriate and large amounts of chlorine and other chemicals. Excellent for allergy sufferers, our health, hair, skin and general well-being.
The entire pool area is surrounded by a screen (insect protection), which reliably prevents mosquitoes and other pests, but not the sun, a gentle breeze and of course the wonderful, subtropical background noise.

House was just as described and pictured. We had everything we needed for our stay. Good amount of amenities. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels. The beach chairs were very used but worked. The umbrella had a screw to keep in place in sand but umbrella was a little flimsy. Sheets didn’t smell freshly clean. Owner responded quickly. Neighborhood was mid, but neighbors seemed nice and were quiet. Overall a nice stay and would recommend.

We enjoyed every minute of our 2 week vacation in this modern and welcoming home! We all enjoyed the pool/lanai area, and Ingrid was very responsive when we asked to turn up the pool temp-she came over right away. The pool toys were a hit with the grands! There was ample room to be together in multiple places and still more room to find a quiet escape. The kitchen was stocked with more than what we needed. The setting on the canal gave us opportunities to see jumping fish, families of ducks, and sunsets.

This place is awesome!! We loved it so much that we didn’t want to leave. It’s a beautiful home with everything you need to have a great time. We stayed here with some of our adult kids, their spouses and grandchild. We loved that it had so much space so that we weren’t ever on top of each other. We also really appreciated the kitchen and how fully stocked it was with cooking and baking dishes to make all our meals. The owners were so attentive and immediately helped us to fix a problem we had. Thanks to them for being such great owners/hosts! We all said we would DEFINITELY stay here again!! We recommend this place to all!! It’s a 5 star place!
