About this villa rental
The house has 5 bedrooms. Each of them has a large Smart TV. One of them is the master suite with its own bathroom. Another bedroom can also be used as an office. The spacious Great Room, which combines an open living room, dining room and kitchen, is the heart of the house. The covered lanai is integrated into the living room with large sliding elements. There is a seating area for nice hours with a wonderful view of the pool and canal. A 360 ° overflow spa is used in the pool with Infinty Edge, which together with the colored lighting creates a unique atmosphere.
The living room is the heart of the house. The high ceilings make the room look even more spacious. Thanks to the sliding doors to the pool area, the lanai can also be easily integrated into the living area. The entertainment center is located on the corner of the couch. This is equipped with a 4k Curved Smart TV and a Dolby Atmos Home Theater.
You can cook together in the open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances such as induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave and side-by-side fridge / freezer. From the attached seating area you have a wonderful view of the pool and the canal. The granite counter also offers seating. However, the actual dining room is on the other side of the kitchen. Connected to the kitchen is a small pantry.
The master suite, consisting of a bedroom with pool access and bathroom, occupies an entire wing of the house. The eye-catcher of the room is the large king-size bed. The room is given a special ambience by the atmospherically illuminated cassette ceiling. You also have a wonderful view of the pool and the canal. There is enough space for your wardrobe in the walk-in closet, which is directly adjacent to the bedroom.
The master bathroom has two separate granite vanities with large mirrors. The walk-in shower is equipped with a rain shower. You can relax in the bathtub. The entire bathroom is flooded with light through large frosted glass windows and is nevertheless not visible from the outside. All installations are adapted to European standard heights. The toilet is located in a separate room so as not to impair the spacious look of the bathroom. Of course there is also free WiFi and free calls to Germany.

This property was beautiful, clean and had everything that was listed on the site. The pool area is amazing! It was relaxing to sit by the infinity pool listening to the water fall over the edge while overlooking the quiet canal. Although neighbors were close you couldn't see them from the pool area. The double master suites were an added bonus! We loved the Cape Coral area, everything was easy to get to with lots of good restaurants.
