This apartment is perfect if you prefer to be on lower floors, located on the first floor of the Hipocampos building but with nice sea views.
The flat is fully equipped and ready to accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. It has a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub, an open plan kitchen and a comfortable living room.
It has a wifi exclusive to the flat and centralised air conditioning with heat pump. The TV has national and international channels.
The building has a large outdoor swimming pool with children's area, and a heated pool open only from October to May.
You can rent extra services such as parking, cots, high chairs, etc. at a extra cost.

Great location, all facilities provided, amazing view. Dog friendly. It was perfect for all our needs. Easy to check in and out. Very helpful staff in the nearby office.
All good for us so no improvement needed.

After some initial confusion around the booking I ended up booking direct as there seemed to be an issue with VRBO's systems. On the downside I would suggest that the book in and checking out process needs to be clearer. We had an issue with other holiday makers and sound reverberates between apartments.
On the upside the apartment was clean and tidy with a very big balcony/terrace. It was well appointed with sea view and was close to a good selection of restaurants and bars. The noise was a issue during World Cup matches but only then.
The beach, town and the walks were lovely and if you are fit the views from the top of the Ifach are excellent. There is plenty to see and do within an hours drive and Valencia is just a bit further.
I would recommend the apartment and the resort taking the above into account.
