Overall, the experience wasn’t great — everything was pretty basic and worn out, but it did the job for a short stay.

Location is fantastic because it was convenient for me to be in that part of the city. It’s a very quiet neighborhood, there’s plenty of parking space, and the city center isn’t far. For those without a car, public transportation is just 5 minutes from the building, so when it comes to location — excellent.

I didn’t like that everything was already pretty much worn out — the bed was uncomfortable, and so was the sofa. The mattress was dirty, stained even. We had only one set of bed linen, and there wasn’t even a spare sheet or a cover for the extra blanket in case we needed it. There were no towels at all, and not enough dishes either. No coffee pot (for example), and the electric kettle didn’t work. I think it’s basic to have at least a full set of plates, glasses and cutlery, and at least one towel in the apartment — but we didn’t have a single one. I’m not being picky, but for the same amount of money, no matter where I rented a short-term place, there was at least towels available. In my experience,other apartments were fully equipped, so i was just surprised that this place isn’t and i had to buy everything that i needed..

Property needs TLC

Very good support for late arrival 00:30 am. Friendly landlord representative. All visual surfaces were clean, but drawers in kitchen were dirty. Frying pans were old and very scratched. Large cooking pot had burned food matter stuck on bottom which took 15 minutes hard scrubbing remove. No cooking utensils e.g. spatula/flipper. no kitchen knives for food preparation, no cutting board (so we had to use a dinner plate), no dish washing rack, 75 percent of light bulbs in kitchen and living room were burned out or non-exsistent, roll down shade on door to balcony did not operate. Bed was very uncomfortable with metal springs pushing up and painful to lay on and caused lack of sleep( a second small foam matrass is needed at a minimum), no kitchen towels or paper towels were provided. A clear effort is needed to bring the property up to the minimum standards that we have enjoyed in other properties that we have stayed in (14 apartments in Belgrade).

overall the place is okay, however I strongly recommend a proper cleaning service team to “thoroughly” clean the entire

- location is great near the river and lots of cafes nearby - always parking available - bed is comfortable - nice tv - air conditioning is effective - cooking stove is great! - overall the size of the apartment is fair

- inside toilet is not properly clean (mold can be seen inside the very bottom of the toilet) - sections of the bathroom tiles have some bacteria growth - the floor of the shower is designed too flat which allows water to flood throughout the entire bathroom floor which is inconvenient. i recommend restructuring the shower floor to be a little more angled so water will always flow into the drain - shower drain sometimes wouldn’t suck in the water which leads to water build up - cooking cutlery is very limited (only forks and knives) and pans look like they are 1000 years old - the kitchen cupboards were found to have left over opened food packages from previous owners which is a little disgusting. the wardrobe drawers also had things filled in them like spare shower nozzles, screws, nuts and bolts and other random items which makes it inconvenient to store clothes properly - some walls have stains and feet dirt marks that have not be cleaned or wiped off

Calm, soothing and memorable stay

The apartment is located at a prime location nearby airport and it is convenient to travel by bus all around the city. You may reach the bus stop within 10 min walking distance. The apartment has few play areas within the vicinity which is good for children. There is a MAXI supermarket just back side of the apartment within 50 meters of walking. The only issue I felt was language as people speak local language and very few speak English. Overall my stay at TiTo was great and I did not feel any issues as such. The host is very approachable and always there to help. The only downside is that there is no Microwave and Washing Machine which are bare necessities. Other than that it has got all that a solo traveler needs. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. Would love to visit again.

Amazing!!!!!

The flat was super clean,big in size compared to other places i stayed in Belgrade,owner was prompt and helpful.Beds were super comfortable,Shower was amazing with loads of hot water!!!Fast Wi-Fi,flat was well decorated,its simply the best place i stayed in Belgrade!!I would recomend it 10000000%!!
