Very clean, spacious, comfortable, and a well equipped kitchen, grounds were lovely and great views.
We loved everything about the property, the only negative we can find is there was no kettle for us Brits!

We rented car and there was parking on property. 20 minute drive to Siena and within an hour of many villages and points of interest like pienza. Claudia was a perfect host. Coop (grocery) 3 km away for provisions. All bedrooms upstairs for nice cross breezes from windows.
Be prepared for no AC in Tuscany as most homes/villas do not have this.
