About this house rental
The "Hideaway" home is part of my St Pete Vacation Rental group and it is in the courtyard of a 1920's historic home and beautiful area of Downtown St Petersburg! Outdoor seating, grilling and relaxing areas. WIFI, Smart TV with log in to Netflix, Amazon etc - Plus 2 Bikes just for your use! Restaurants in walking distance, grocery + onsite parking for 1 mid-sized car. Additionally there is a shallow lagoon pool that is perfect to relax in after a full day exploring or at the beach!
Your private dwelling includes a queen bed, a beautifully remodeled bathroom with pebble step in shower, an open concept kitchen to the living room with slide in glass top stove for cooking and a blender for mixing drinks, a dishwasher and Keurig coffee machine! The home is the back house of a St Pete Estate with a beautiful brick courtyard that contains a grill and patio seating. Thoroughly cleaned & disinfected prior to guest arrival. Sanitizer & contact-less check in provided.
Full access to your private home, and feel free to use the shared courtyard!

Blocks from downtown 2 blocks to crescent lake in Beautiful Euclid St Paul -filled with mansion houses and a wonderful place to explore! Just a block to hooks sushi, 9 blocks to the Tropicana Field! Across the street a new French Bistro/Bar and a Thai-mex restaurant. Crescent lake has a 1.1 mile walking path, dog parks, tennis courts and playground- north shore pool and beach is about 1 mile away and treasure island is just 7 miles west on central ave

Set back from the street and a few minutes drive from downtown St. Pete, gives you easy access north or south. The space, along with all amenities is neat and clean. Ample towels. The bedding and couch are extremely comfortable. Two smart screens with WiFi that works! The host is responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I chose this property because of the *free* parking pass for the local beach. The property owner wasn't sure where I found that information until I sent a screenshot of the listing, then told me the city took it away years ago. She then got my vehicle information and I was able to use the pass. Lots of rules for this property, so I expected more.The entrance was blocked by a big vehicle most of the time - so a very narrow path was the only option to get in with luggage. Not ideal for anyone with accessibility needs or a stroller.Wouldn't stay here again.
