Our guesthouse is located in the heart of Historic Old Northeast; a quiet and charming residential area with tree lined brick streets. We are walking distance to many restaurants and cafes, only a 5min drive to downtown St Petersburg (DTSP), 10 minute walk to Vinoy Park, 25min drive to TPA and a 20 minute drive to the beautiful, St. Pete beach.

Two spacious queen size bedrooms upstairs with walk in closets, a small balcony with seating to enjoy your morning coffee and a full bathroom on the top floor with both bedrooms have private access to. Great location and neighborhood. Tons of closet space and towels, pillows, etc. The patio was nice but the weather was cold during our stay. Getting large luggage up the spiral staircase was tough! Overall it was a nice stay.

Beautiful guest house with all the amenities we could wish for! Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms had soap and toiletries. Beds were super comfortable and the whole place had a classic homey feel. Almost hate to sing its praises too highly as we’d like to keep this place to ourselves! lol. Martin was responsive and helpful when we had questions prior to arrival. Will definitely stay again!

This is the cutest guest house -- super convenient to downtown St. Pete's, local restaurants/shopping, a quick drive to beaches, and in the nicest, quiet residential neighborhood. We stayed here to while moving our daughter into college -- and found it absolutely perfect. Martin is a wonderful host -- we plan to stay again!
