Idiot's Hill Guest House

Our guest house is in the heart of Denton, a block east of the Bell Avenue Historic District, with all the amenities to make your time in Denton relaxing and meaningful. This private, smoke and pet free retreat offers natural light and your own designated parking spot. Stay within two miles of UNT, TWU and the unique Denton Square. You will enjoy unique features that will make you feel at home including a stocked kitchen and a record player with music from local Denton bands.

The Idiot's Hill Guest House is surrounded by established trees and lots of natural light. The kitchen is well supplied for your time in Denton with an oven/stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot, washer/drier and kitchen utensils. We have fast wifi and a Roku for netflix, hulu or any subscriptions you have.

When its time for bed you will enjoy our queen size bed with 400 thread count sheets, as well as a brand new pull out sleeper sofa with upgraded foam mattress.

Denton is famous for many gifted musicians who have come through their nationally acclaimed Jazz program, and you can listen to some selected albums on our record player.

You will have full access to the private and detached guest house. You have your own driveway which leads down a lighted path on the side of the house leading to the guest house. You will be sent the code for the lock prior to your arrival. You will have private access to all aspects of the guest house including the Living Room, Bedroom, Full Bathroom, Dining Area, Kitchen, as well as a laundry area complete with a washer and dryer. As we live in the main house in front with our children, you will not have access to the backyard.
