The top level consists of the living and dining area, kitchen, powder room and a Master suite featuring a King bed and private balcony. A second Master suite is located oceanfront on the first floor along with two additional guest bedrooms and a third full bathroom. In total the home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus a convenient ½ bath in the main living area on the top floor.
Flat screen TVs are located in the living area and all bedrooms and are equipped with HD Cable (and DVR). High speed Internet (wifi) is included. Appliances include full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and traditional coffee makers, iron, full size ironing board, and more. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel GE Profile appliances, and is well-stocked with cooking supplies and utensils.

One of the nicest, well appointed beach houses we’ve stayed at. (20 years, first time thru VRBO). You walk in to find a very simple decide lock, open the door and a greeted by fresh paint and tile. Everything is curated. The artwork, the bedrooms, living spaces, its very beachy in feel. Updated and clean. The outdoor living space was appointed with full sun and shade options, comfortable furniture, and easy access to the beach. The host was great with communication and I highly doubt this will be our only stay. Thank you for a lovely week, Rod!

We really enjoyed our family vacation here this year. There was plenty of room for 3 children and 5 adults. The location was perfect on the beach. The beach wasn’t overcrowded and it was convenient to be able to run right up to the house for lunch. There were plenty of supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc) so that was a nice added touch. We plan to stay again next summer. :)

The air conditioning unit on the lower level was out of order. We appreciated the temporary units provided, the noise from the units made it impossible for sound sleep.
