About this house rental
Head to this vacation retreat on North Topsail Beach. Breathe the ocean air from any of the four outdoor elevated decks. The front two decks offer tall Adirondack-style chairs to sip your morning coffee while taking in the ocean views. The top front deck also offers a bistro set. The two rear decks offer the serenity of the intracoastal banks, where you can watch the wildlife at any time, or take in unobstructed views of the sunrise and sunset. Beach access is only 100 steps from the front door.

Great location and the property was advertised with everything needed for a great beach stay. They even had beach chairs and a cart if you need them. The hosts were responsive and checked in with us during the week to see if we needed anything. I have been vacationing on the island for the past 20 years and this was by far one of the best experiences!

The home is in a great spot with close to beach access and views of the ocean across the road, along with the Intracoastal at the back. Inside the home was laid out great for two adults and seven teens, who had a blast and felt very cozy. Plenty of space to do your own thing inside with several decks on the home to access for views. The Internet worked well with all the kids and TVs going. The kitchen worked well for us, with appliances, extra beach items, and the owners' supply. We had two small dogs, and the fee was fair compared to others, and the yard made it pleasant to walk them. Carpet is throughout the home, but it is comfortable and clean. Home is decorated nicely, and all the furniture is clean. Check-in and out were simple, and the owners are very good with communication and support. Hope to stay here again!

This is a great place just a quick walk across the main road to the beach. The place had a great view of the back-marshes, and also a view from the front of the ocean. There were balconies on both floors, front and back. All utilities worked great, and any issues were resolved quickly. The host did a great job responding to our needs. There was enough space on the first floor for bedrooms, and enough space upstairs in the common area.
