Located in the heart of everything Scottsdale has to offer, you are only minutes from Spring Training, Old Town, gourmet restaurants, nightclubs, galleries, Fashion Square Mall, Scottsdale Stadium, Tempe Market Place, ASU, Tempe Town Lake, top golf, casinos, and so much more. You’ll have the townhome to yourself.
This home is ideal for tourists, couples, families and business travelers.
A private and modern home offering overall convenience. Everything new and thoughtfully designed for your comfort. Remodeled fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. New beds and plush comfortable new mattresses for a great night's sleep. The home features a cool blue and gray color scheme, modern decor, a private BBQ courtyard to chill and grill and private seating area, covered parking space on premise and access to a shared outdoor community pool conveniently located a few steps away from the property.
Due to the coronavirus, we are taking extra care to ensure our Airbnb is cleaned and sanitized after every guest. In addition to our cleaning routine, all frequently touched surfaces, doorknobs, switches and remotes have been sanitized prior to your check-in.
We strive to be eco-friendly and provide as many zero-waste options as we can to help care for the environment.

Not suitable for infants: The home is not equipped / prepped for infants.
Pets are NOT allowed without advance approval in writing and the payment of a pet fee.
This property shall only be used for vacation rentals and short term rental with a maximum family size of 4 adults.
Must climb stairs: Bedrooms located on the 2nd floor.
Guest access: You’ll have the townhome to yourself.
the townhome is accessed via a smart-lock. A unique code to access the townhome will be sent to you on your check-in date. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Getting around: The Scottsdale trolley runs through old town and south Scottsdale. This can be fun. You can easily jump on and off for free.

I took my granddaughter and daughter-in-law on a 5 day vacation. This townhome was perfect for the 3 of us. It was very clean and in a safe neighborhood. It was also within short driving distance to many shops and sightseeing. I highly recommend it.

This property is in a convenient location - just a quick ride to anywhere you want to go in Scottsdale. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I received great communication from the host & very much enjoyed my stay. I travel to Scottsdale every month & it’s sometimes hit or miss. This one was a hit.

Check in process was easy, and the house is in an excellent location. The host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns! The house was equipped with all the kitchen supplies we needed. The house was clean! Would stay again.
