- Bathroom with shower, washbasin cabinet and toilets
- Terrace with dining furniture
- Private parking space in the residence secured by a portal

- Baby kit (limited quantities): 30 € for the first item + 10 €/additional item, to choose between :

Not included (mandatory):
- Security deposit: 500€ by credit card only
- *Tourist tax: 7.2% of the total amount (excluding VAT) of the rental (up to 6.05€ per night and per person over 18 years).
