About this villa rental
This luxury air-conditioned holiday villa on the Costa Blanca sleeps fourteen in four king-size bedrooms plus one twin room and one room with two sets of bunk beds
Villa Orquida is a luxury six-bedroomed villa situated in its own private and secure grounds within the secluded Mount Montgo National Park area. Its large, floodlit pool with its combined Jacuzzi is set in a huge poolside leisure area, all of which faces south and enjoys the sun from morning to evening. Adequate sun loungers are provided and there is a covered gas-fired outside BBQ bar and kitchen with a retractable seating for seating for 16 people. A fully equipped toilet and poolside shower room is provided, plus a separate outside bar and a shady "nook" with stone seating and table.
The villa has been built on one level and is very wheelchair friendly. Five bedrooms have large ceiling fans and all are air conditioned. Four of the bedrooms have luxury en suite shower rooms while the bunk bedroom and one king-sized room share a family bathroom close by. The villa has a large quality kitchen equipped with every conceivable appliance including a large fridge / freezer with automatic ice dispenser. Separate from a large dining table and chairs on the extensive terrace, the villa has a dining room which seats 8, a substantial lounge equipped with widescreen UK TV, a separate games room with full size pool table, and a study room. The villa is equipped with a PC, free Wi-Fi internet access and a high-grade security system. Behind a remotely operated steel gate it also has a secure frontage which will accommodate several parked cars. Pool and garden maintenance is provided by the owner.
The villa is a more ten-minute drive away from the historic Javea Old Town and Port areas, and minutes away from the popular Arenal sandy beach area with its many restaurants. It is a further three-minute walk from three excellent restaurants and the local supermarket is just a five-minute drive away. This villa is ideally located to provide easy access to many interesting towns and beaches along the Costa Blanca coastline, and its many attractions. All-in-all, with its many outdoor dining and relaxation areas and comfortable rooms, Villa Orquida is the ideal place for family holidays. A beautiful and very spacious villa. Our family of 10, 6 adults and 4 children (11,9,7 and 5) enjoyed the freedom of the pool, the grounds and the games room.We did eat out a few times but the BBQ also was well used and with all the different eating areas we could choose how much sun/shade we wanted.Yes, there are a couple of things that are a little dated but overall the villa earns 5 stars - in particular the excellent support of Linda who went out of her way to facilitate our needs.A great holiday- thank you.

What am amazing property to go to.
Big group of 13 of our family staying in this fantastic villa. The location is stunning, some restaurants close by and the beach not too far away in the car too.
The villa is superb, the pool, outdoor kitchen, plenty of space for everyone so you don't ever feel on top of each other too.
A quite brilliant holiday and would recommend to anyone.
Thanks so much to Linda for looking after us out there and to Gijs for his stunning villa. Wishing we were back there!

Enough space for everyone to enjoy-quiet areas in the garden for reading and a generously sized pool. Very secure and well looked after by Linda the concierge. Will be back.
