Archè Design Rooms and Suites

The bed was extremely comfortable, and I really appreciated that the pillows were memory foam as well. The location is amazing, with lots of restaurants nearby and the city centre within easy walking distance. The staff were very nice, friendly, and welcoming. The AC worked wonders, especially during the warmer days. The room also had a smart TV with plenty of channels and streaming apps, which was a great bonus. There is also a lift in the building, which is very convenient, especially with luggage. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

A couple of small things could be improved. It would be helpful if the minibar had prices listed for all the items, as currently only the wine has a price displayed. Also, it would be great to have the mirror wall-mounted rather than freestanding, as it was a little difficult to use for taller guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Archè design rooms and suites. The location is excellent, close to great restaurants, the marina, and convenient transport options. The room is very well maintained and cleaned daily. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always responsive to our needs.

The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was very spacious and the ladies always offered to clean or provide new towels. The breakfast was plentiful with freshly cooked eggs.

I am a side sleeper and found the bed was extremely hard, which impacted my sleep. There was nowhere to dry clothing except the balcony.

Very nice and polite personnel. That was the only reason that I continued staying at this “hotel”. Both miss Annalisa and Roberta tried to make our stay and our experience better.

- Very poor breakfast that it was repeatedly served to us every day. - Cleaning was good but the whole hotel needs fumigation. We experienced the presence of cockroaches both inside and outside the room. - Very high price for the services provided (182 € included the city tax per day) - During our stay the the elevator was being installed from scratch. The personnel, responsible for this job, started 08:00 until 18:00 and the noise was terrible. Imagine to wake up from the noice of pneumatic drill breaking cement every day. - We used the room for our honeymoon and we informed the hotel staff for that. It was very nice of them to write some wishes for us and to give us a free (supposed) bottle of wine and two little bags of nuts. At the check out they charged us all the free (supposed) gifts.
