This high-end, brand-new Villa in Phalasarna comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms, a cosy living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a WC, and ample outdoor spaces within which its infinity pool lies overlooking the vast, crystal clear, emerald blue sea that spreads on the West. The whole villa enjoys panoramic views that will take your breath away! In close proximity to most of the most sought-after destinations, the villa renders the ideal setting for a holiday beyond expectations! The luxurious Villa is newly-built in a blend of traditional techniques and contemporary aesthetics. The outcome is an elegant maisonette, set on a hill overlooking the spectacular Gulf of Phalasarna (Falasarna), on the very west edge of Crete.
Its indoor spaces on the ground/pool level consist of an open-plan area that includes the comfortable, cosy living room, the fully-equipped kitchen, the dining area, and a common WC with laundry facilities. The first bedroom of the villa is found on this level and affords a double bed and en-suite shower bathroom. The above spaces face the pool and Phalasarna bay towards the west, thus savouring the miraculous views and enchanting sunsets.
A staircase leads to the upper level of the villa that houses the other two bedrooms, both also directed in a way to make the most of the views towards the West. One of them features 2 single beds -that can be joined into a double if needed-), en-suite shower bathroom, and private access to a balcony on top of the pool. The third bedroom of the villa -the master one- features a double bed, en-suite shower bathroom, its own balcony, and a pergola-shaded veranda with a hammock and astonishing views.
Among the amenities of the villa, one can count air-conditioning in all spaces of the villa, fast and trustworthy Wi-Fi network connectivity, and private parking spots.
The ample exterior spaces of the villa that lay around the built volume are also directed towards the sea to make the most of the views.
