About this house rental
The ground level comprises the main living room with a large screen tv, a laundry complete with a washing machine and clothes dryer, powder room, spacious dining room with seating for 12 guests and a fully equipped and functional kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, oven, 5 burner gas stove and much more. There is one bedroom on this level with a queen bed as well as a TV, walk in robe and ensuite.
The second storey is just as spacious and contains the second living room with another large screen tv, main bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. The remaining four bedrooms are also on this level including the master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite. Bedrooms 3 and 4 also have queen beds with the fifth bedroom having a set of single bunks and a single trundle bed making this room perfect for the kids. A range of board games are provided for your enjoyment.
The property accommodates 12 guests with ease!
With ducted heating and cooling throughout, the home is cosy in winter and an entertainer's delight in summer. The icing on the cake is the beautiful solar heated swimming pool and alfresco area for those hot summer days.
Please note; the garage is not available for guest use but there is plenty of space for 3 cars in the driveway and down the side of the house behind secure gates. This space will also accommodate a boat or jet skis.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A security deposit of AUD1500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the Victorian Government has implemented a levy on short-stay accommodations. Starting January 1st, 2025, bookings of less than 28 days will incur the "short stay levy" in addition to the accommodation cost. For further details, please visit the SRO website.

This house is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate a large group of adults, children and a baby - we all loved our week here, so conveniently located to walk to the beach or main street. The pool is superb, we swum nearly every day even when the weather was cooler. A great property!

Such a great house. Perfect location. Close to beach and shops. Great bedroom layout.
We enjoy staying here very much.
Would make it even better though if they considered allowing pets so we didn't have to leave our furry family behind.

beautiful house but had ants around patio, no details there was an alarm or how to use it, the outside bin hadn't been emptied, the fridge was leaking water so the floor had to mopped, paint coming off furniture which was on the floor, a bed had a chap stick left in it & a drawer had dried food in it. There were fleas in the pillow outside. Needs a really good clean. I paid a rather expensive rate for a nice house that I expected to be much cleaner.
