This place is wonderful! We had a wonderful time. Karen is great! This was so cozy, perfect for us to make meals and for my kids to sleep in separate rooms. They had their own space and we had ours.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay!Karen was very pleasant and made our stay exceptional! The house was beautiful and comfortable and she helped make our stay feel like home! Everything we needed was provided for us and I just can’t say enough about how positive our experience was! I would recommend her VRBO without hesitation! Thank you, Karen, for helping make our trip to Alamosa memorable and wonderful!

The check in process needs to be updated on her site. First off, the property has 2 entrances, A and B, but she doesn't tell you which you are in. Second, there is NO lock box on the door, just a regular key. Third, there was NO key in the porch lock box, and we couldn't reach the owner to access the house. We called VRBO to ask for help and they couldn't reach the owner either. VRBO said they would refund our money, but we had a group of 6 and it was evening and everything was booked.... so very frustrating. Finally the owner came back and we were able to get into the house. Also, the barn door for one of the bedrooms upstairs fell off it's rails and nearly landed on our 81 yr old friend. VEry scary; however, the owners friends was very nice and took away heavy door and hung a curtain up so she had some privacy. Probably wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, although it was clean.
