The location and the fact that is very central

We’ve stayed here before, but never in room 17, if I remember correctly. If you do stay there, note that there’s a coffee area opposite used by both staff and guests, which can get quite loud at times. If you’re planning to relax or work in your room, the chatter might become loud and annoying

Great location in the city centre and the location itself was quiet as well. Staff is superb: friendly, helpful and polite.
Place has a washing machine, there is a gym in the building (with additional cost). Units have aircon and heating.
Really nice, large terrace with a view connected to each room (I think).
Refreshments like water, coffee or tee are provided. Body gel & shampoo are available, rooms have a dryer too.
For summer there are even sun-beds available in the room. Rooms have stove (but no microwave) for some basic cooking and all the utensils, there is a fridge too. Comfortable beds with clean sheets.
There is a lock box in each room.
Outstanding breakfast with door delivery.
The internet may occasionally slow down especially by the end of the day, it also has packet loss which may cause interference and hang/lag during video calls so it can affect work. Most of the time it's ok though (I think it was around 35mb download and 5mb upload).
Codes to enter the place may be confusing at first.
Occasionally it can get a bit loud due to other guests (families with kids primarily), most of the time it's quiet though.

Beautifully furnished and very spacious flat.
The outside of the building does not do it justice.
Staff very helpful, downstairs bakery superb!!!
