    We recently stayed at the Oaks Cairns Hotel for 5 nights, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! ​Service & Check-in: Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Nita at reception. She was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond for us throughout our stay—guiding us on local spots, helping with tour information, and even assisting us with a room upgrade! Her hospitality really set the tone for our trip. ​Room & Amenities: The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and remarkably quiet. The shower had fantastic water pressure and was super clean. Having breakfast included was a huge plus, with plenty of options to choose from alongside a breathtaking view of both the ocean and the mountains. ​Location & Logistics: The location is unbeatable! It’s close to all the main activities, delicious dining options, and conveniently near key tour pickup points. Rusty’s Market is just a short walk away, along with various other daily markets. For laundry, there’s a laundromat about a 10-minute walk away in a quieter area, which was very reasonably priced and easy to use. ​Top Tips: ​Book in advance to secure a great rate! ​It’s always worth asking reception if they have any room upgrades available. ​We highly, highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

    Perfect location !!! Right on the water front and a step away from the night market!! Christina was pleasant and friendly and made us feel right at home when we arrived. Room was clean and cozy and we would definitely stay here again. Short walk on the pier and the most beautiful sunset and sunrise. Oh and the roof top restaurant staff was so welcoming and food and drinks and Rose’ wine 🍷 was a perfect addition.

    This is essentially an Airbnb, housekeeping services are not provided, coffee pods are not refilled after check in The front desk will sell them to you for 1 AUD each. The view from the third floor is straight in to the tree canopy so any ocean front statements should be taken with a grain of salt.
