Property location suited us as we know the suburb and it is a lovely area for walks. Proximity to parkland, ferry and bus transport, cafe and restaurants is good. Overall the house was well presented, but the pool area and furniture needed attention and the recycling bin was full on arrival. As regards maintenance, one down light in the kitchen needs replacing. The positives outweighed the negatives and we would stay there again.

House could be really nice but it is tired and needs work to fix basics. Furniture is old and damaged. Linen is cheap. If owners spent a bit to modernize it would be great…….but as is, just average
