Everything I needed for stay, it was a work trip so didn’t really get chance to use it to its full potential

This property, located on a farm, was such a surprise. Beautifully finished to high standards and the hosts had tried to think of everything to make this stay as comfortable as possible with a well stocked kitchen for those who like to cook in. Clear instructions for appliances and recycling etc., and on hand for any unforeseen difficulties. Great facilities. The hosts were friendly and inclusive (if you wanted to be with the animals) but respected privacy, they were accommodating with allowing us use of their farm to clean our very muddy bikes and kit. A tranquil oasis of calmness in nature overlooking the fields through the trees with the scent of pine in the air and absolutely no light pollution - yet close to other amenities. Come and stay at Oak Lodge and feel the stresses melt away in minutes, we felt like we been there for much longer than 7 nights and were reluctant to leave.
